Helen has a Successful track record of influencing strategy and turning intentions into results by introducing effective structures and processes. Ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial business knowledge to solve problems and find solutions. Helen communicates at all levels of a global business including board and CEO level and has close liaison with COOs and with external clients, outsourcers and regulators. She understands issues impacting global development of traditional asset management business with exposure to Alternatives. Comfortable operating at a global level and solving multi jurisdiction legal and regulatory issues. With a wide breadth of understanding of all asset management business areas and risks at a global level including a strong understanding of operations: retail and institutional funds, wholesale, manufacturing, institutional, investments and corporate, Helen adds value beyond the legal funciton.
